Cool Guesthouse

The staff were friendly, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The guesthouse is right in the heart of Porto, which made it a great fit for our short stay as two people. I’d recommend it.

I stayed four nights and the shared toilets were impeccable every time I used them. The place was clean and tidy, but the bed linen was very old and urgently needs replacing. There was nowhere to leave our luggage after checkout, which can be a real problem if you have a late flight and end up carrying it around all day.

The kitchen could use better equipment, though the rooms were okay. The place is right in the center.

I’d paid in advance for four days, but the staff wouldn’t cooperate and made me stay outside instead of letting me in. They said there was no bed, which didn’t make sense after I’d already paid.
