We asked several times for check-in details, but got none. When we arrived, the apartment PIN was wrong, and after three hours there was still no solution. We had to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. There were no apologies, and the rental partner’s phone was switched off. Wow, thanks for nothing!

We’ve been trying to get into the studio for an hour. We called and sent messages, but nobody answered while we were waiting to enter the apartment.

We still can’t get into the apartment after waiting two and a half hours, and nobody has helped us. We’re very disappointed and now trying to find somewhere else. We made the mistake of booking this place, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
