We stayed for 4 nights. The room and kitchen are small, but they had everything we needed, were very clean, and worked well for our stay. The location is the main thing: right in the centre of the old city, with everything within walking distance. Thanks to the reception staff, Miro, Miguel and Diana, who were very helpful and knew their work well.

We only stayed two nights, and I was already ready to leave within the first few hours. The apartment hadn't been cleaned properly: there was an old blood stain on my sheet, and the bathroom upstairs flooded across the floor. The shower also broke while my husband was using it. They replaced it, but never cleaned up the mess. I feel they should pay us for having stayed there. I absolutely don't recommend it. Please don't waste your money with these lazy people.

The apartment had a horrible smell throughout. On top of that, the air conditioning leaked and didn't work, and the shower drain was clogged, causing a flood. We had to take off the shower cap ourselves and pull out all the hair that had built up. After these problems with services we had paid for, I asked for compensation. A staff member said they'd get back to me, but despite sending several messages, nobody replied. That lack of professionalism was blatant. Some compensation would have been welcome. I don't recommend this place.

I asked them to compensate us for the problems with the AC and shower during our trip. A staff member said they would follow up, but after I sent several messages, I never heard back. That's completely unprofessional. We paid for services that weren't properly provided, so compensation would have been fair. I DO NOT recommend them. They should be ashamed.

Right in the city center, and the prices were good. The accommodation was comfortable too. I'd absolutely recommend it.
