Domus 21 - Formosa

I'm confused about whether the rental apartments in this building have the same owners or use different companies. The Wi-Fi is called Domus 21, and the apartments shown on Booking.com look furnished in exactly the same style. But I stayed at Rua Formosa 102, ML Apartments Stories, on the ground floor. The apartment is dark and damp, right on the street, with a lot of noise from passing cars and people. You can hear people walking upstairs, and everyone slams the front door opposite the bedroom. There's no air conditioning or heating, just a fan and an electric heater. One closet door is broken. The bed is old, small, and uncomfortable. The bathroom has no window and a very noisy fan. Avoid!

The owner was lovely and very attentive, and the apartment is central and affordable. My only issue was the low pillows, which gave me neck pain. Otherwise, everything was great. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of utensils and small appliances. I recommend it.

There’s lots of space in the apartments and plenty of amenities, and the location is very good. The central spot does come with street noise from El Paso, especially cars and buses, though that’s understandable for this location.

The loft is well equipped inside, and the host was attentive. Even with heavy traffic on the street, it stayed peaceful in the property.
