We stayed in the junior suite and loved the extra space and balcony. The room was super clean, with clean linen, and breakfast had a decent selection with the tables always nicely set. The staff were helpful and professional. It’s a lovely, quiet hotel about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. I’d definitely recommend it.

My favorite part was the staff. Whoever was at the front desk, at any hour, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always glad to answer questions and accommodate our needs. Five stars just for that service. Everything else was great too.

The room was good, and the staff were polite and friendly. The cleaning staff were especially kind. The downside is the distance from the city center, and the entire route there was uphill and difficult.

We were really pleased with our stay. The hotel is clean and newly renovated, and the evenings are quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, but walking is just part of Porto anyway 😂. Much appreciated!

My daughter had booked a room for a couple of days at the beginning of February, during a week of very heavy rain and flood alerts. We waited until the last minute before she decided it wasn’t worth the risk of traveling to a potentially disaster-struck area. After the Portuguese civil defense issued warnings and told everyone to store food and water, the decision was made. She canceled the trip. The hotel chose to enforce its policy and charged her the full amount for the entire stay, putting rules ahead of compassion. I hope these people get replaced by AI. Blindly following rules seems like a machine’s job.
