The unit was comfortable, and the shower was really nice. It has a full kitchen, a washing machine, and a very large drying rack, though there’s no dryer. Getting into and out of the converted parking garage is very tight, but it’s useful since street parking is scarce and usually full. The location is convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. The garage, street entrance, and unit door all use automatic locks that open with your phone or a code. They provide an app with lots of information about the unit and area. The problem for us was the street noise. It stayed extremely loud until very late at night, even with the windows closed, so it was hard to sleep. We wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

The biggest issue was the noise. Traffic came through so loudly that the room shook when a bus passed, and it felt like trying to sleep on the sidewalk. We couldn't get proper rest, and only discovered how bad it was once we were there. It's a shame they don't account for this. The place is as shown in the website photos, and the location works well for visiting Porto, close to Combatientes metro station. Parking is in the same building, which matters in the city, though the space is narrow and awkward to maneuver in. Customer service was excellent until we raised the noise problem. After that, they disappeared.

The place was clean and, given its size, I'd definitely recommend staying there. Everything went smoothly even though we didn't meet anyone in person, and help was easy to get through WhatsApp when we needed it.

The apartment looked like the photos and is well placed for getting to the center, with the Duro nearby and walkable too. But the street side was noisy from 6h to 24h, making it hard to sleep, and the buses' vibrations could be felt inside. The air conditioners from the floors also echoed through the apartment. We didn't have the access codes the night before, so we had to ask for them. Replies from the company could take several hours.
