The apartment from Feel Porto accommodations made our first trip to Porto a pleasure. It was spacious, very clean, and right in the centre, with room for all seven of us, family and friends. I’d recommend Feel Porto to anyone planning a visit to Porto.

Ricardo met us at the apartment, showed us around, and shared useful tips about attractions and hidden spots on the map. Another Ricardo had driven us from Porto airport, arriving on time and making the transfer easy. He was professional and clearly passionate about Porto and his town. The service from Feel Good Apartments was the standout part of our stay. The apartment matched its Booking.com photos and description, with five bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom in each. There were no surprises when we arrived. Booking through Booking.com was easy too, and we were welcomed warmly. We had a memorable stay and I’d recommend Feel Good Apartments to anyone looking for accommodation in Porto. They took care of everything from booking through arrival.

The company charged me twice for one reservation and won’t refund the second charge, even though it was caused by a system error on their end. They’ve been very unreasonable to deal with, so I’ve had to ask Booking.com support for mitigation.

You can walk to the Port warehouse district by crossing the Eiffel bridge, or head the other way for great restaurants and places to socialize, about 1 km away. No Uber needed. This quaint condo sits right on the edge of everything to do, and we’ll stay here again.

I’ve stayed with them twice and have generally been very happy. The apartments have high-quality interiors, and customer service responds quickly. A great choice in Porto, and probably more reliable than some private AirBnBs.
