I was glad to have an individual room at the back, since noise was probably the worst part of the stay. The staff were helpful and let me freshen up in a room on the top floor after I arrived a few hours before the 3pm check-in. I'd advise not arriving before then. I stayed three nights in August, with breakfast included. The room was clean, the cleaner made my bed and changed my towels each day, and breakfast was abundant.

The room was tiny and very hot. There was AC, but it made the room ice cold, so we had to keep turning it on and off. I'd seen other reviews mention night noise, and I can usually sleep through noise, but this was LOUD and went on until 6:00, when I guess the bars below closed. This was on a Monday night! Breakfast was all ultra processed, cheap, low quality carbs. They only post pictures of the nicer rooms online, so don't be fooled. For the price compared with the quality, this was probably the worst place I've ever stayed.

We booked two nights in a room with a private bathroom, but decided not to stay because of the mold in the shower. We told the staff and asked for a refund. They said only management could decide, gave us an email address, and haven't replied to the email yet. We're very disappointed with the room's condition, and unless they make major cleanliness improvements, I'd avoid the place. The staff member who checked us in was very polite and helpful. But our room smelled like sewer and was dusty everywhere, and there was a significant amount of mold growing in the shower. The bar people had mentioned was indeed very loud, with the party already underway at 7:30pm. You enter between that rowdy bar and a gentlemen's club, and the bar noise was ridiculously loud even from the third floor.

The cleaning and breakfast staff were great, and some people at reception were friendly and helpful. The rest of my six-night stay was among the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, despite traveling a lot. The rooms are small, the bed is very uncomfortable, and the windows don’t open. Some nights there was a top sheet and some nights there wasn’t; the extra blanket was filthy and covered in nail polish. Music from the clubs next door blared every night, even Sunday, until 4:00 or 6:00 am, so bring good earplugs. The tiny shower drain was blocked and overflowed every time. I reported it on day one, but nobody fixed it; they only mopped up after each shower. There was barely any toilet paper, and it took three days for them to bring one new roll. Breakfast was minimal, low quality, and the same or even less each day. If I could have moved after the first night, I would have. I won’t return, and I’d look elsewhere for decent accommodation unless this all sounds appealing to you. If location is all you care about, maybe this place works. It doesn’t deserve a three-star rating.
