Getting in and out was really easy with the code they gave us. The location worked perfectly for me: take the Feria Guimarães Line and you can get where you want in 10 minutes, or walk about 18 minutes to the center. The room was just right, with lots of space, a mini fridge, hairdryer and coffee machine. It was super clean and smelled so nice as soon as I walked in. Very, very nice!

It’s a comfortable, very nice place with large rooms, and there’s parking nearby. The center is about a 20-minute walk away, which was fine. Booking and check-in were easy, with no problems at all. I missed having some city information in the room, and a map on arrival would’ve been nice. Breakfast would make the place superb.

It’s easy to walk into the center from here, and I’d happily recommend this wonderful place. The hosts were very friendly and helped us when we had a problem, thanks again! The room was just perfect, from the decoration to the cleanliness. Don’t hesitate.

The building is lovely and the interior design is nice. A few things could make the stay better: the toilet in our room wasn’t fixed firmly, the shower tray leaked and left the whole bathroom wet, and the toilet light didn’t work. The light in the hallway toilet was out too. There’s no housekeeping during the stay, so extra towels and toilet paper would be useful. Shampoo in the shower would be nice as well. Thanks!

We paid a full week before the corona crisis, but the hotel management later said our reservation was lost, along with our money. They wouldn’t offer different dates or return the payment. How is that possible? Is this how you treat customers? I’ll never stay here. This is literally a RIP OFF, taking advantage of customers’ money during this situation.
