The tenants were disrespectful, and the place was super dirty, with cockroaches and bed bugs. Worst place I’ve ever been. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Scooters made a lot of noise. The atmosphere was shit.

Cockroaches everywhere, dust, broken windows, and more. The whole building was in awful condition, but the owner’s attitude and arrogance were even worse. He accused my friend, the only victim in this story, over something that came down to negligence. Shame on you. Absolutely not recommended.
