GAELLE M.
4/10
The room was very cramped, with hardly any space around the bed, and the bathroom was tiny too. Although it was clean, it didn’t really look like the pictures on the site. The property has two hotel categories in the same building, and the more attractive photos didn’t show what our room was actually like. After a day out in Porto, we came back to find the door left open. The housekeeping staff hadn’t shut it after cleaning. Luckily nothing was missing, but we would have appreciated an apology and some gesture from the hotel. The next day, the changed sheets had been left on our windowsill. All in all, a disappointing stay.
