10/10
We were grateful for the elevator, and the atmosphere was nice. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, and there was no problem getting takeaway breakfasts when we had to leave early. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially the manager. We stayed five nights. Thank you!

10/10
The old building has been adapted with care, and its Art Nouveau style gives the hotel a lot of charm. The rooms were consistently clean and tidy, and the service was attentive, helpful, and warm. The person serving breakfast on weekdays was especially lovely. Getting around on foot is easy since the hotel is right in the city centre. Reaching it by car was tricky, though, because construction of a new metro line has brought plenty of detours. Best to leave the car in a nearby car park and walk.

We had a lovely stay and will be back. The staff were so helpful, especially the manager, who sorted things out when our transfer was late on the first day. We stayed here at both the start and end of our Camino, and the location is brilliant.

Really pleasant stay, with good service and a great breakfast included.

8/10
The staff were great and the location is nice, but you can hear the screams of Hard Rock Cafe customers, so keep the windows shut. Breakfast is cheap, but I don't understand the reviews calling it very good. There were no real eggs or juice, just filtered coffee.
