The little message board in the foyer, covered with notes from past guests, gave the stay a warm personal touch. Teresa was friendly, quick to respond, and proactive about making sure we had the information we needed. We stayed at Janika’s Apartment during a leisure stop on our way from Spain to Lisbon. Booking through Booking.com was easy, and check-in went smoothly. Teresa sent videos and photos of the street and apartment, so finding the place and settling in was simple. The apartment felt like a home away from home: spotless, cozy, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details. There was a welcome bottle of wine, and my daughter especially liked the Rituals bath set. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, though our short visit didn't leave us time to use everything. Its location in Porto’s tourist area was handy for walking to Livraria Lello and Dom Luís I Bridge, as well as the historic Alfama Old Town. We loved the place and would stay again, especially if you enjoy a cozy, distinctive apartment and warm hospitality.

Teresa and Miguel made us feel so welcome. Teresa greeted us with a smile and took the time to sit down with us, explain things to do in Porto, and share plenty of useful tips. They were both available whenever we needed anything. Their apartment is lovely, comfortable, perfectly clean, and has everything you could need. It's right in the center of Porto, too. Samuel and I host in Valencia, and we know how rare it is to meet hosts who are so hospitable and so in love with their city. That kind of care turns a simple trip into a wonderful experience, and we really appreciated it. Miguel was great as well, and we're so glad we met them both. Teresa and Miguel, thanks for everything! We'll definitely come back ;)

The apartment was spotless, and the instructions were clear. Whenever we had a question, we got a friendly, efficient reply. The service was excellent, and the whole experience really stood out.
