The apartment had shared access codes, no CCTV or internal locks, and I felt unsafe after a theft during the cleaning staff’s visit. Liiiving’s own access logs confirmed the timing, but they refused to take responsibility. Their response was slow, and they seemed focused on protecting themselves rather than helping the guest who had been robbed. I’ve never felt so unsupported by a host. Future guests, think twice.
6/10
The host was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s right in the city center, conveniently close to the renovated market and subway. WiFi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and coffee capsules were all provided.
10/10
The standout is the location, right in central Porto. The apartment itself is lovely too, pretty and nicely decorated.
10/10
Great location. Just be aware that some of the apartment’s household items need attention: the coffee maker and air conditioner weren’t working.
10/10
Right in the heart of Porto, this modern apartment is tastefully decorated and really comfortable.
