I’m calling this a total scam. My flight was delayed, and I told the owner I’d arrive at 22:00 instead of 20:00. He said I was no longer welcome. I could have understood if he’d only refused entry that evening and let me come the next morning, but he rejected the entire 4-night stay. I had to pay for all the nights and wasn’t allowed back the next day or the day after. He kept the money and denied me access for all 4 nights over a delayed flight.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and arriving after 10 PM caused no problem. We let the host know ahead of time and check-in went smoothly. The street-facing windows do let in some noise, but we had no other complaints. I’ve read a lot of unfair comments, so I wanted to share that we had a good experience. I’d recommend it.

UPDATED: I sued Booking.com, and they’ll have to repay all the money plus non-material damages. I hope Booking.com charges you for it. Scammer! I also hope they delist all your properties. That’s my next step in this fight to stop you scamming people. Be careful with ML Apartments. From what I experienced and read in other reviews, the same thing seems to happen across several listings. If you arrive after the official check-in time because of a travel delay or late arrival, the host offers no flexibility, leaving you to find somewhere else for the night. When you try to check in the next day, he says you were a “no-show,” refuses entry, and keeps all your money without providing the stay. This happened to me, and I found other reviews describing the same experience. I also saw multiple negative reviews on Google Maps for all his properties that appear to show the same pattern. You could be left without a place to stay or a refund. My advice is not to book with ML Apartments. If anything runs even slightly late, you may lose both your money and your accommodation. I found no customer service, flexibility, or fairness.

We were left without anywhere to stay in a foreign city, with no help or understanding, even though my partner is pregnant.
