This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They charged my bank card several times and took far more money than they should have. After that, they ignored my messages and stopped replying. It felt like a scam. There was no professionalism, security, cleanliness, or respect for customers. The hotel was dirty and badly maintained, and nothing looked like the photos. Be very careful with your card and money if you stay here. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and dishonest. I’d never recommend it to anyone. Never come here.

Our room was the letdown. It was downstairs in the basement, damp, and smelled strongly of mold. Someone had plugged in an air freshener to cover it up. The staff, though, were excellent and helpful, and the hotel is close to the shopping street with lots of restaurants nearby.

The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and the building itself seemed fine. Inside, though, the breakfast room didn't feel cozy, and our small room had a bathroom that opened straight into it, so there was no privacy when sharing with friends. The bathroom wasn't in great shape either. We asked to have the spotted blankets replaced, but they made the bed with the same ones. The mattress was quite hard, and we could hear the neighbors clearly.

It was a nice stay, though the room was tiny. There was a little outdoor spot with a table and two chairs. I missed having another chair inside, and the bedside tables were wobbly and falling apart.

Good location, and a fine enough place for a stay. My room had no window or proper ventilation, and the only equipment was a kettle. For what I paid, it was about what I expected.
