Nomad's Boulevard Flats

The morning light in the living room was wonderful, and having São Lázaro garden right next door made it easy to step away between work calls. I spent a little over two months in Nomad's Bonfim apartment while working remotely in Porto. The Wi-Fi was quick and reliable, the building stayed quiet, and the Nomad City Flats team was responsive and easy to work with. Bonfim is underrated, with cafés and local groceries around and plenty of places within easy walking distance. I’d gladly come back.

We booked three nights directly with Nomad City Flats at Nomad’s Sunny Firmeza – 2BED Porto. The apartment had no keys in the lockbox when we arrived, so getting in was delayed. During a cold spell the heaters stopped working for two of our three nights, and space heaters didn’t arrive until the last day. Then, during ordinary use, the shower drain backed up and flooded both the bathroom and hallway. We urgently needed clean towels afterward, but they only came the next day. We didn’t use the shower again. The communication was polite, though weekend replies were limited. These problems affected most of our short stay, when we expected the basic things to work reliably. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We found the apartment in Porto peaceful and cozy, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful details that made it comfortable. It felt like a quiet little retreat, with the amenities we needed for a memorable holiday. A lovely hidden gem, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a refined, comfortable place to stay.

The location made it easy to walk everywhere. Our room was great, we had no problems, and the Nomad staff were excellent whenever we needed support.
