The room looks good at first, but the furniture is badly worn and some of it is broken. In colder weather, the small electric radiator and AC aren’t enough to heat it. Noise is another problem; you can hear things from both the street and inside the building. Management wasn’t helpful either. A smoke detector rang through the whole place for over an hour, and nobody came to fix it even after they acknowledged the problem.

That bright, roomy, two-level studio in the photos? The place we got was on the ground/basement floor beside a busy street, and felt about half the advertised 40m2. Cars and pedestrians pass just 0.5m from the window. Inside, it was damp and moldy, with plaster coming away from the walls. The furniture was stained and smelly, and the pillows looked like used baby diapers. Cheap incense sticks were burning to cover the other odors, but opening the windows only let street fumes straight in. I’d close this tab and look elsewhere.

The room was so comfortable and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful guest house, and the location was great too. We’d happily come back. Thank you, and best of luck!
