The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage and had mold. The area was very dark and felt unsafe. When we arrived at night, the lock was jammed, and we nearly got robbed. The owner of the Indian restaurant and his friends helped us. We stayed there last year. The room was okay, though the Agoda photos were misleading. Most of the buildings opposite were abandoned, and the whole experience was frightening. It left a bad impression of my first time in Porto.

The hotel is right in the city center, which is a good location, but the room is tiny, with the bed on the floor, and there’s a nightclub nearby. Breakfast was very bad, and a lot of the food in the fridge was expired. The receptionist was basically never there. I saw her for only one hour over three days.

It’s a comfortable little room in the city center, though the area is very loud. At that price, I’d recommend it. 👍

There’s barely any light, and the area is pretty loud. But the smell is the worst, like mold or maybe something rotten. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient, even if the street itself isn’t especially posh. The balcony is lovely, with that old Porto feel and houses only 3 meters across the street. Breakfast is self service from 8-10. I had a great stay, apart from the very cramped shower.
