We traveled with a child and found the apartment very clean. The hosts were welcoming and clearly put a lot of care into their work. They left plenty of bouquets and maps, and we especially liked the restaurant guide. It led us to affordable, authentic places with excellent food, so I definitely recommend these apartments. There's a shopping center just across the street, about 3 meters away, where you can walk around and buy groceries. Nights were a little noisy, so we slept with the air conditioning on.

There's a shopping center right across the street and a metro station very nearby. The area is quiet, while busy Santa Catarina is only five minutes away. The apartment is a little small for four people, but it's fantastic otherwise. Excellent service, great Wi-Fi, and a wonderful bathroom and bed.
