I was ready to give this place a chance despite the reviews, but unfortunately most of them turned out to be true. There's mold in the bathroom, no soundproofing, and the bed was much too soft for me. I sleep on my stomach and felt like I was in a hammock. I gave it two stars because the air conditioning worked, I liked the neighborhood, and in low season I paid an okay price for a room with a private bathroom. Still, I'd tell friends to stay somewhere else, and I won't be returning.

We couldn't sleep all night. Noise from outside came through, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything our neighbors said. We spoke to the manager about a partial refund, as we'd paid 90 euros per night without breakfast, but he wasn't understanding. There was no fridge, and the bathroom was tiny, with barely enough room to wash your hands. It looked improvised and had no storage at all. The whole unit felt like a hostel rather than a premium guesthouse, while charging four-star hotel prices.

Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The location is convenient: across the street there's a food market, a mall, and the central bus station. The main tourist area by the river is about a 30-minute walk away. The room wasn't very comfortable, and the bathroom was cramped, with a tiny washbasin.

Great location, good price, and helpful customer service. The breakfast cost more than a buffet at a hotel with three times as much food to choose from. The room also looked like it might still be under renovation.
