Really good for the low price. The dorm bunks were okay, and the rooms and bathroom were nice. The shared kitchen was clean, had utensils, and was a good place to meet people. Staff were friendly, helpful, and relaxed. They let us leave our luggage and gave us recommendations. Thanks!

We had all our meals in the shared kitchen, which was easily my favorite part of the place. The rooms and common areas were really clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful with everything. I'd recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Porto.

This hostel is still one of my best travel memories, such a harmonious, clean, warm place. It was where my unforgettable first trip to Porto began. When the receptionist found out I was from Georgia, he mentioned Kvaratskhelia, the famous Georgian football player, and it felt like such an honor. P.S. The building is old but cared for, the rooms are very spacious, and the staff are lovely and kind. A few practical things: there isn't an elevator, and the street can get noisy at night when drunk people are partying. That's not the hostel's fault, and reception has earplugs, so ask for them. The bedding comes with only a thin cover, which left me freezing the first night, but they quickly gave me a proper blanket when I asked. Payment is cash only, with a €5 key deposit. It's pretty basic, with no free towels, soap, water fountains, or hand towels in the rooms. Even so, I think it's worth the price.
