The location is good, with Riberia and the bridge within walking distance, but I was disappointed when I saw the bedroom. There was a strong smell, and guests aren't allowed to open the windows. The rooms don't seem to get a deep clean. When I arrived, there was pee on the toilet seat. I called reception, and someone came to clean it right away. It felt more like a 3-star place.

We could walk just a block for great shopping, and the hotel was centrally located. Our balcony gave us a beautiful view over the city. The room was large, and so were the bathrooms. The staff were very nice and helped us find our way around with maps and directions. A beautiful hotel.

Breakfast had a limited selection, but it covered what you need, and there were free snacks in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. The breakfast room also has a lovely view when the weather cooperates 😂. The hotel was really nice and quiet, not busy at all. I'd recommend it.

We ended up with a hot room and not many ways to cool it down. Opening the window didn't bring in cooler air, and guests can't change the air conditioning settings. Some people prefer a cooler room, so I hope they reconsider this for future guests.

The staff are really helpful, and it's a great base close to everything. Our room was clean, breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and the internet worked fine. Definitely recommend.
