I slept really well, thanks in part to the double curtains. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom felt spacious. Breakfast had lots of choices for different tastes, including people with food intolerances. Although the hotel is centrally located, the rooms stay quiet and the busy streets soon fade away. Every staff member was helpful and made us feel welcome. I really can't fault the service or the hotel, and highly recommend it.

Fabiana and Isabella in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and engaging, with outstanding customer service. The hotel was sleek, with beautiful rooms, a bar we loved, and a buffet breakfast. Its location made the main attractions easy to reach on foot, and the TV had lots of English options. The internet connection, though, was extremely glitchy and kept losing reception. I was surprised that nobody acknowledged our wedding anniversary, even though we'd booked months ahead and told them about it. They didn't offer an upgrade either, which was disappointing. Still, the professional hotel experience was wonderful, and I’d highly recommend it for its location.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel location very good. If you're arriving by car, be aware that there's no parking at the hotel. You'll need to park elsewhere, so call ahead and they can help pick you up from the parking area.

The breakfast buffet had a great range of fresh options, and my room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and had a fantastic city view. Service was outstanding throughout. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming and shared useful local restaurant tips. The hotel is a short walk from the center and main attractions, while the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The nearby metro made exploring easy. We had a wonderful stay.
