The layout seems really thoughtfully done. With the kitchen and living room upstairs, cooking doesn’t spread smells into the bedrooms, which is handy when family members are sensitive to something like fish. There are lots of rooms to choose from, and the place is very clean and stylish. It’s right beside a bus stop and train station too. My in-laws booked it, so I can’t say much about the service, but they didn’t complain and seemed happy. I had a great time. Fellow renters, especially Americans, please respect the place and keep it clean. I almost didn’t post because I wanted to keep this place a secret from people who might trash it. But I want to return to Porto, and the place needs customers to stay in business. Please enjoy it and treat it with respect.

The shared area felt really cozy, and having all the bedrooms on a separate floor worked well for our big group. Finding a place that could take 10+ guests was unusual, so that was a big plus. The interior was nice, and the kitchen has nearly everything you need. It could use a few more things for cooking for a crowd, like big pots, but it’s fine for simple meals and breakfast.

The location makes it easy to get around on foot, and the main metro line is right outside for trips into Porto's city center. There's also a secure parking garage across the street on the corner, just €2.50 a day, and it gets locked at night. The apartment was in excellent shape throughout, with practical, attractive bedrooms and common areas. It was fully equipped, and the service was excellent, with friendly staff. For the quality, the price was very affordable. If I come back to Porto, I'd choose this apartment first without hesitation.
