We stayed for three days in April 2024 before setting off on our Camino to Santiago. The office staff were helpful whenever we had questions, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. We wanted to try good Frango, so we followed their recommendation and loved the place. Flor de Bragança is about a two minute walk away, and the picture shows the apartment and food from there. I'd happily stay here again.

We loved the top floor apartment. It was comfortable and very clean, and the woman we met from the company that owns it was so helpful. You're right by the tower and close to a nice Pastel de Nata place. There are quite a few stairs up to the top floor, though that was fine for us. We'd definitely come back.

Porto has so many lovely spots, but I'd avoid this one. I asked about early check-in two months ahead and got a message through booking with the wrong address. It said the host would meet me at the door at the time I'd requested. I called at 8am that morning to confirm, but a grumpy person answered and said it was 2am and I should call later. My elderly father and I waited outside for an hour before being told where to go. Three other clients arrived in the same situation, with nobody there to meet them. When we finally got into the flat, it still wasn't ready. The rude receptionist, Gabriela, went off at my father and rushed him to leave because he was using the toilet. The flat itself wasn't especially good or bad, but the internet was too slow to use. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.
