Ana and Claudia were easy to contact and very accommodating. They let us leave our bags all day after checkout until our flight home, and were flexible about meeting up to pay and check out. We had everything we needed for four nights in the clean, modern top-floor apartment, including fast, reliable WiFi. Its huge terrace got lots of sun. The location was great, close to good restaurants, a grocery store and the Metro, just a minute or two away. It was mostly quiet, apart from some noisy seagulls on the roof. The bedroom skylight and patio door let in a lovely breeze.

The apartment is right in the city center, with good facilities and easy access to services and lots of restaurants. Getting to the entrance and lift means climbing a steep flight of stairs with no handrails, which was difficult with large bags.

The check-in introduction to Porto's must-see places was especially good. The location and quality of the house were both very good. Nearby construction noise bothered us, but it was seasonal and mostly bad luck on our part. I've bookmarked the place and would return if I visit Porto again.

Alexandra greeted us in Porto, showed us around the apartment and shared loads of helpful information for our stay. The central location alone makes this place worth recommending, with everything easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The apartment was clean, nicely finished and felt like a home from home.
