Timbre Heroismo

We found the rooms spacious, clean, and modern, and the breakfast was fantastic. Parking was available, and the hotel wasn't very far from the city center. Everything was just fantastic!

At 18/12/2025 - 02:14, I was writing about a deeply disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable experience at Hotel Timbre Heroísmo. One receptionist was cold, dismissive, and openly hostile from the moment I arrived. The difference in tone, respect, and basic courtesy compared with how other guests were treated was impossible to miss. I understand hospitality standards, and this didn't feel like stress, a misunderstanding, or just poor service. It came across as clear discriminatory treatment. Being made to feel unwelcome, judged, or lesser in a hotel that claims to value professionalism and inclusivity was humiliating and infuriating. Racism, subtle or overt, has no place in hospitality, yet that's how this interaction came across. A hotel is often a visitor's first contact with a city, and this behavior reflects terribly on both the staff member and the establishment. Stylish branding and well-designed rooms can't make up for guests being treated differently because of who they are. I urge management to take this seriously, review staff conduct, and provide proper training in respect, equality, and professionalism. Silence or inaction only enables this kind of behavior. Guests deserve dignity, not prejudice wrapped in a uniform. Until this is addressed, I can't recommend the hotel. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same thing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing, comfortable, and clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of the metro, bus station, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and I loved my stay. The rooms were good, the service was standard, and breakfast was a great buffet. It's right by a metro station, which made the location really convenient. I had a great time there.
