We had to buy our own chair and table because the ones in the living room were falling apart. There were other problems too: the couch was stained, the bedroom blinds broke when we tried to open the window, and the dryer didn't dry our clothes. They told us to pay for the laundromat downstairs. A kitchen cabinet door nearly fell on my fiancé's head. When we reported these things, it took them days to fix them. I hope they inspect the apartment carefully before listing it on Airbnb or other booking sites.

Apartment 365 has four floors, but we didn't mind the stairs. Downstairs there's a single-car garage, then two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower. Above that are the living room, kitchen and a small bathroom without a shower, with a pleasant terrace on the top floor. Irene was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or requests. She even left cleaning supplies for the bathrooms and a vacuum cleaner for the floors. There were five of us, so one person had to sleep in the living room on a fold-out bed. It was quite hard and not very big. The living room windows had no sunshades, so morning light came in from the upper terrace through the stairwell glass. Apart from that, we had no problems and everything was perfect. We forgot to write in the guestbook, which we found really interesting, with real guest experiences dating back to when the apartment opened in 2018.

We had a minor problem with the heating, and Irene did her best to sort it out. The hostess also gave us guidance on things to see, getting around and places to eat. It's an impressive house with everything you need. Very good.

A lovely place to unwind for a few days in Porto. It’s nicely decorated, and having a garage of its own is a real plus.

Getting around was easy from this apartment, with public transport well connected nearby. It’s a great place and well located.
