Ricardo at reception made this stay memorable. He was calm, attentive, respectful, and clearly took extra care to help with everything I asked. It’s the people behind the desk who make hospitality, not the stars or category shown at the entrance. I’ll return because of that experience, not because of the hotel name or its rating. Thank you, Ricardo.

For 40 euros a night, this is a great deal. The beds are comfortable, the location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The bathroom is a little small, but it’s manageable. A solid value option.

For what you pay, this is a decent hotel. Breakfast costs 10 euros, which I’m fine with, given that a couple’s breakfast averages 15-37 euros. I’d recommend the property.

The staff were really helpful, and there’s plenty of public transport nearby. Great location and an amazing hotel.

Right in central Porto, with public transport, marcado, and food courts close by. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, roomy, and had good beds.
