Ruben at the front desk helped me fall in love with Porto. I arrived without a plan, and he took time to share hidden local spots and restaurants so I could put together a great itinerary. He's the most professional hotel staff member I've met anywhere in the world. I don't usually write hotel reviews, but I hope management recognizes his outstanding work. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helped make wonderful memories, though I can't remember everyone's name. The hotel itself was flawless, with a prime location, delicious breakfast, spotless rooms, and a heartwarming atmosphere. I hope I get to see Ruben again when I return to Porto. Thanks for making my trip so special!

The team really did make my 50th birthday stay incredible. I could go on about how amazing they were. We had room 102, looking out over Rua da Flores, with two balconettes and double-paned glass. It was lovely for watching people and enjoying the pedestrian street's sights and sounds, then shutting the doors to keep the noise out. The room had great amenities, including a shower and separate toilet, plus Karl Lagerfeld soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The hotel also has an indoor pool and wet and dry saunas. The pool was temporarily closed for maintenance on the day we planned to use it, but the staff were so accommodating and offered to keep it open for us later once it was available. The room and location were amazing too. Please book here, you won't regret it.

Pedro Carvalho from the Front Office deserves a special thank you. He sorted out our small issue quickly and professionally, and that kind of care made us feel welcome. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. We slept really well every night thanks to the excellent mattress and linens. The comfortable, quiet rooms are beautifully designed, and the central location made it easy to walk around the city, to restaurants, and to the main sights. Breakfast had a nice selection of good-quality products. After a long day in Porto, the clean, calm spa and lovely pool area were a welcome bonus. We'd be happy to return and recommend the hotel.
