The spa was just perfect, and we had a wonderful three-night stay from the moment we arrived. Someone on the team personally showed us around and explained the room features and controls. I really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach, and a team member checked in to make sure everything was okay. They even left chocolates in the room. For my 30th birthday, there was an incredible chocolate cake waiting for me, which made the occasion feel truly special and unforgettable. Thank you all for such a great stay.

We only wished we could have stayed longer. Everyone we met was welcoming, polite, and knew their stuff. They even gave us a breakfast box for our 4am checkout so we could catch our flight. Before that, an early luggage drop-off and a WhatsApp message letting us know the room was ready early made things easy. Breakfast was incredible, and we were sorry to miss it on our last morning. They also brought a kettle for us as tea drinkers, lent us umbrellas for the rainy days, and left a bottle of port wine as a bonus. The spa and gym were clean, quiet, and excellent on both visits. Such an amazing place to stay in Porto, and I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, and we especially enjoyed breakfast and the rooftop bar. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend booking a massage to make the most of the spa. A great hotel to stay at in Porto.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Wine & Books Porto Hotel, and we'd gladly come back. The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, with a warm and friendly reception. We liked the hotel's mix of modern style and cozy charm, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and up to date. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices. We also enjoyed the spa and indoor pool, and the rooftop bar has lovely views of the city. It was very convenient for visiting Porto's main attractions. One of our best hotel experiences as a family.
