We liked it enough to turn our three-day booking into six days, and would happily come back. The apartment was clean, comfortable and practical, with the cookware, cutlery and dishes we needed. There are lovely cafes and restaurants just steps away. We especially liked the Middle-Eastern restaurant next door and Cafe O Fofoletto. You can request free cleaning and fresh towels as often as you like. We asked once, halfway through, and the staff did a quick, good job. Nuno, Rita and Emily were all kind and helpful, and even printed some documents for us at reception. No complaints.

Having the 24-hour reception just a short distance from the accommodation was really handy. Luz was attentive and professional, and the whole experience was fantastic.

There are only stairs up to the apartments, so this place isn't accessible. Once inside, though, it was spacious, central and super clean. Everything else was great, apart from the bathroom door, which doesn't shut properly.

Right in the middle of Porto, with everything close by, and a nice apartment too. Definitely recommend it. Just note there's no elevator if you need one.

The staff stayed responsive even though we arrived quite late, and they'd switched on the air conditioning before we got there, such a thoughtful touch. The place was spotless, the facilities were in excellent condition, and it looked just like the photos. We'd book again when we're back in Porto and definitely recommend it.
