Zigzag Hostel

We only needed one night before our flight off the island, and this place was much cheaper than the hotels while still being close to the airport. Taking a chance on it worked out really well: our private double room had an ensuite and felt comparable to a hotel for a third of the price. The building was clean and modern, with AC in the rooms, and there were useful extras like PC access, a fridge, and cooking facilities. Parking right outside is limited, though street parking is free from 1600 to 0800. There weren't many places to eat nearby, and most were closed while we were there except for a few cafe's, so you'll probably want a car to find meals farther away unless you cook at the hostel. A fantastic place at a fantastic rate, a real hidden gem.

Diana, who worked there, was extremely kind and helpful. She shared local tips, offered to help, and even made a few phone calls for us. The hostel felt like a hotel, with comfortable beds, a tidy room, and a nice bathroom. Downstairs, the kitchen was very clean and had plenty of cooking appliances. The computer rooms and welcoming-looking living room seemed nice too, though we didn't have time to try them. Recommended 100%.

A great deal for the price, with good internet and several work areas for digital nomads. The kitchen was both functional and elegant, and the place was modern, super clean, and well located. One of the best hostels I've stayed in.

The kitchen had everything we needed, which made a quick breakfast easy, and the beach and attractions were close by. Bianca was really friendly at check-in and explained how everything worked in perfect English. The double rooms are worth a look, and the place itself feels modern, fresh, and cosy. I wouldn’t let “hostel” in the name put you off. A great place to stay.
