Our villa, Aldeia do Golfe Blue, was very comfortable, all on one level, with two terraces, Netflix, wifi and cable. The gated pool was only 100 yards away. The site itself is pretty and peaceful, with lovely gardens, two pools, a coffee shop, restaurant, rooftop bar and minimarket. It's near the heart of town, with golf courses and a gym close by. The beach is a 20-minute walk down a beautiful palm-lined avenue, with free exercise machines along the way. The tourist train and bus stop outside, too. The location couldn't be better.

It's a pleasant, different and friendly place, with a safe feel and fantastic green areas. The shared pool is small for the number of residents, though, and the condominium management is too lenient with residents who don't meet their obligations. That's why I give it three stars.

The houses are very cosy, and the development is welcoming and really well cared for. We had fantastic holidays!

The pool is excellent, and June isn't too busy. The bar and restaurant still need to start operating, as does the minimarket.
