The Marina is right behind the property, and the local supermarket is an easy walk away, so the location is fantastic. Latoya at the front desk was lovely. A few things in the flat weren’t right on our first day, but she had them sorted within a couple of hours. The apartment had plenty of supplies, which made it easy to enjoy the restaurants or cook something simple at home. Loved our stay and would come back.

The apartment was tidy and clean, and the pool was okay. There were only eight sunbeds for quite a lot of apartments, though, and the pool bar stayed closed for our entire visit. The marina, with all its bars and restaurants, is just a short stroll away.

The apartment was well stocked and clean, with excellent security through swipe cards for the entrance and apartment. Housekeeping was very good, with daily cleaning and towels changed every three days. I was also surprised that the safe was free and there was no room deposit. From our Sunday arrival on 30 April 2017 until we left the following week, everything went smoothly. Reception gave us a friendly welcome and useful information. Mouraliz is about 50-75 metres from the Marina, and the Family golf centre, with two high-standard courses, amusements, food and drinks, is only a couple of hundred yards from reception. I cancelled my booking for later in 2019 in early December, but it took the hotel two months to return my deposit. That’s completely unacceptable. They also claimed they couldn’t refund my credit card and asked me for my bank details, which I refused to provide. After a lot of hassle, they finally refunded the card. Be warned if you might need to cancel.
