There was no washing machine, and the balcony we thought came with the apartment had been sealed off and turned into a storage room packed with things. We were hugely disappointed and felt we'd lost both money and enjoyment. It was too expensive, even though it's the tallest building in the city and a short walk from the beach.
The hosts were delightful, and the apartment was very clean, though a little dated. It worked wonderfully for a two-week stay, but longer stays would need more storage. And the views were amazing.
For what we got, it was very expensive. Everything else was great, but housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The floor was dirty when we arrived. Halfway through our stay, cleaners came by, but they hadn't actually cleaned the room and had only left fresh towels.
The apartment is in a very convenient spot, just 50 metres from the seafront. In my case, it also had a sea view.
I can't say the stay was good. I rented for a week, and since a lot of people from certain countries live there, there are days when there are unpleasant smells.
