Even though it was low season, our November stay at Hotel Zodiaco was perfect. It was calm and peaceful, just what we appreciated. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of protein-rich choices. Whenever we had a question, the staff were very helpful and greeted us with a smile. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The rooms are a very good size, and breakfast is good. Service was perfect again. It’s quiet here, and about a 10-minute walk from the beech.

We spent three nights at the hotel. It’s nicely located, close to the beaches, and you can walk there in about 10 minutes.

The customer service was horrible. The AC wasn’t working, so we had to try to sleep in extreme heat, and the front desk offered no support.

Daniel greeted us when we arrived at the zodiaco hotel. He was polite and efficient, and explained the breakfast snacks and bar situation. They were short staffed, he said, but we could still get drinks by asking at reception. The room was very clean. The shower got slippery, and there wasn’t a mat, but putting a towel down worked. My only fault with the place was the lack of a handrail into the pool. We had a very happy stay.
