A lovely place with a pretty garden and a wonderful host who knows a lot about macrobiotics and alternative therapies.

We had a wonderful three-day stay that reminded us how close to nature we can feel. It was humbling to notice the good things nature offers and appreciate the simple parts of life that we often take for granted or don’t even notice. There was also a bonus microbiotic experience with Teresa, along with what was described as invasive healing powers of Reiki, which we hadn’t even been aware of. The stay was truly relaxing and gave us a different way to think about life and caring for our bodies naturally. It feels like a taste of the future.

Teresa is really one of a kind. It felt like we’d known her for ages, and we enjoyed our stay so much. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The place had lovely taste and a homely feel. The Macrobiotic experience was exceptional, and getting to interact with the local community rounded out the experience.

We felt at home here, with a warm, cosy atmosphere that made it a great place to rest. The food was delicious too. Thank you so much, Teresa ☺️
