The house has three enormous bedrooms, one upstairs, bathrooms on both floors, and a back terrace with a patio and an above-ground pool. Since I have a leg disability, getting in is impossible for me, and getting out would be even harder. For children and more agile people, though, the pool would definitely be refreshing. It’s a renovated village house, but the street is cobbled, so it feels like you're parked right in front of the cars. Downstairs has no air conditioning, only upstairs. The tilt-and-turn windows have no bars, screens, or curtains, so the rooms get quite hot on summer afternoons, and it feels unsafe to leave the windows open.

The owners were hospitable, friendly, and attentive. This typical Alentejan house in the center of Reguengos de Monsaraz has all the amenities and made our stay really pleasant.

Sr. Rodrigo was very friendly and knows how to welcome and look after guests. The house is pretty, cozy, well equipped, clean and hygienic, and well located, with parking very close by.
