We enjoyed having the river right there, with the terrace overlooking it and the sound of the waterfalls. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast or a glass of good wine, and the river beach makes it great for children.

The house had all the essentials covered, towels and sheets included, and we had a wonderful few days there as a family. The garden was perfect.

We’d love to come back. The owners were attentive, available, and very thoughtful, and the riverside leisure area by the Rio Homem was lovely and well kept. The house had everything we needed. Really good, and I’d definitely recommend it. 🌻

Everything was clean, and the place sits right beside a river beach, with a restaurant and bar there too. The owner was very friendly. We spent a weekend here and would highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located near Ponte Lima, Braga, and Guimarães.

The garden was beautifully cared for, right above the river, and we loved our stay. It’s a really peaceful spot with a gorgeous river beach and clear-water cascades. Our host, sr. António, and his wife, D. Rosarinho, were exceptionally kind and approachable. We hope to return. 😍
