The place was calm and the view was stunning, with clean rooms and common areas. I had a nice stay overall, but there was little staff support for basic questions. No one was around in the kitchen; when we asked for eggs at breakfast, we were told to bring our own and cook them in the hotel's industrial kitchen. My room's mini fridge also didn't work. For the bike ride advertised on the website, we were handed a phone number on a napkin and told to call, arrange, and pay ourselves. It could use better staff management and support.

We stayed as a large group, and the helpful, accommodating owners and staff made it a thoroughly pleasant visit. The accommodation, location, setting, and scenery were all excellent.

I didn't expect to find a stay like this on my drive through Portugal. Manuel, the manager, shared some good local food tips. I also took a one-hour walk around the property and swam in the bio pool. A great place all around.

We wished we could stay longer. The pool is big and inviting, and the owners are super nice. Breakfast was wonderful too. There's a lovely shared area with a little kids' playground, table tennis, and board games. Try to stay at least a few nights!

We had a great holiday here with our two young kids. The accommodation was lovely, and the property itself is beautiful. The biological pool was a highlight, with no chlorine, just frogs and lily pads helping clean the water in the non-swimming section.
