Apartamentos Os Descobrimentos

The apartments are clean, well equipped for a stay, and handy if you want to cook. The beds are very comfortable, and the spacious balconies have furniture where you can sit and relax with a view. Best of all, they look over burgau beach, the sea, and the sunset. You can walk to all the places in Burgau, and the location is perfect. Zavial is a 20 min drive, while Praia do Tonel or Sagres are 30 min away. Highly recommended. The photos show what it’s really like.

The kitchen is well stocked if you like cooking, and the beds are comfortable. It’s clean and spacious, with the best view, as plenty of other reviews have already said. I know this place has lots of good reviews, but I still had to thank the hosts for such a wonderful stay.

The place is ideally located for visiting the Algarve, and the hosts were exceptional. When I asked where to buy wine, he gave me a bottle from his own collection. The accommodation was spacious, with a big balcony overlooking the beach, Atlantic, and cliffs. It had brand new appliances alongside beautiful wooden furniture. With the balcony doors and other windows open, a lovely sea breeze moved through the unit. At night, the ocean waves were the only sound we heard.

Thank you, Miguel and family, for another wonderful stay. The apartment has beautiful views and quick access to a great local beach, with the fishing village of Burgau right on your doorstep. It’s hard to get closer to the original Algarve vibe. The pool overlooking the beach is a lovely bonus. Apartamentos Os Descobrimentos is where my daughter learned to swim properly, so we’re taking home happy memories again. We’ll be back.
