The hostess was welcoming and very friendly, even though we didn’t really share a language. Our private bathroom room was clean, though a little dated, and the shared kitchen had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful. The pictures give a pretty accurate idea of what you’ll find. A nice, home-like guesthouse.

The hosts were extraordinarily kind, and the common kitchen was great for making our own meals. It felt like a wonderfully cozy home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Definitely recommend!

The proprietors were pleasant, kind, and caring, and that’s why this ranks in the top quartile for us. They’re extremely nice and eager to share what they know about the area, and they really know their stuff. The “mom” is spritely, in her 80s, and very caring. She doesn’t speak English, but loves to talk and had so much to share. Her son speaks five languages well, including perfect English, and is a wealth of information. The property is very nice in my opinion, and everything is very, very clean. Most people may not rate it as highly as we do because the decor is neither rustic nor modern. I’d say the rooms have a somewhat 1980s theme. If you want a very friendly place that feels like a home away from home, please come here. If you’re looking for five star surroundings and perfect English from everyone, maybe find another place.
