Casa da Tita

Those five days went by in a flash, and we came away feeling rested in body and soul. The pool and lounging area are made for unwinding in the middle of lovely nature. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, and having a small kitchen meant we could cook something ourselves. Breakfast is included and deserves top marks. Miguel and his family are warm, cheerful people who do everything they can to make guests comfortable. A sincere little hotel with impeccable service. Thanks to Miguel and his parents for welcoming us. We'd really like to return.

The village was so peaceful, and after a few hours by the pool it was lovely to head back out. I was looking for a village stay, and Casa de Tita went beyond what I expected. It's a small, beautiful place with a gorgeous pool, and my apartment was clean and comfortable. I could easily cook my own meals when I wanted. The staff were so kind and gave me great recommendations that led me to places I wouldn't have found otherwise. Breakfast was made to order each morning and came with the biggest smile. Loved my stay.

Each room has its own outdoor chairs, either on a patio or a rooftop, and some of the breakfast ingredients are local. Miguel was an awesome host who really went above and beyond for us. We loved everything about staying at Casa da Tita. Follow his great restaurant and hiking suggestions, and give his drinks a try. Hope we can come back soon :-)

We came away having had an amazing time, and can't recommend Casa da Tita enough. Our flat was comfortable and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was plentiful and nice, with local products too. Miguel and his family were attentive, kind hosts, always ready to help us get the most out of our holiday. If you're after a chance to relax, switch off from the crowds, and experience the Algarve countryside, this is the place. Thank you, Miguel!
