Our family room worked well for three adults, and the little kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The owner was gracious and, though she speaks mostly Portuguese, she communicated very well. The place was clean and pleasant, with easy parking and only a 5-6 minute walk to the town center. I can see why it gets such good reviews.

We had a very pleasant stay at Graciosa. The place was quiet, clean, and well equipped, and the location was good. Communication with the owner was very good too.

Apartment 4 was really good. The rooms were well organized, the kitchen fully equipped, and the bathroom had a great setup. The owner is very friendly. I used the washer and dryer, and I’d really like to thank the owner for looking after the place and the guests so well.

Maria only speaks Portuguese, but she was so kind and helpful that the language gap didn’t matter. The owner speaks fluent English. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave in the kitchen, though there’s no stovetop. I’d highly recommend it as a base for exploring Graciosa Island.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and we were welcomed in our room with local pastries and a bottle of water. The apartment was very clean and has a washing machine and dryer. Its location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. I recommend it.
