The place is modern and really nice, with cotton sheets, though the rooms are small. After walking 20 miles to get here, waiting around was frustrating: check-in took about 30 minutes, then someone had to show me the room and explain everything. After that, we waited another half hour for the only shower, shared by 10 people. I'm cross right now, but I'm sure I'll sleep comfortably.

The hostel is a bit cheesy and definitely pricey at 24 euro a night, especially with no breakfast included. The main problem is one shared bathroom for two rooms with eight beds each. You can't attach the shower head to the wall, lock the bathroom door, or shower behind a wall, and washing clothes in the sink isn't allowed. Still, there's nothing cheaper in town, and it does the job. The place is nice and the staff are kind.

It's a great modern hostel, with good bathrooms and hot water, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. I just wish there were a kitchen for pilgrims, or somewhere to make coffee or breakfast early in the morning. It's better to contact them directly to book.

The location and terrace were the only parts of this hostel I liked. This was by far my worst hostel stay. It felt like a badly made horror film, and by the end we felt unsafe and intimidated. I still get goosebumps thinking about that night. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. We had reserved a four-bed room nearly six months ahead, but arrived to find ourselves in an eight-bed dorm with strangers. The hostel said this was because we'd asked whether an extra bed could be added. They had confirmed by email that it was possible, but never told us it meant changing the room type. If we'd known, we wouldn't have come. Instead of enjoying a trip with my friend, I spent time at reception trying to fix a mistake that was entirely theirs. There were plenty of other problems. The bathroom was shared by 12 people and had no lock, which I believe may be illegal. The windows wouldn't open. The main light was a dim, 50cm LED strip on a two-minute timer. There were only four power outlets; two didn't work, and the others were inconveniently placed. Two more outlets were used for the bed lights, which we had to keep on because the main light didn't work properly. The only other furnishings were a tiny bin with no lid, a miniature bedside stool, and a broken safe for each bed that stayed open no matter what. The bathroom leaked into the hallway, leaving the floor wet and dirty. Bathrooms were often dirty and smelly, with no cleaning signs, air freshener, or much maintenance. The front desk was open only from 15:00 to 21:00, so there was no help in the morning or late at night. The kitchen, if it deserves that name, was locked outside those hours. On our second day, the owners approached us while we were trying to eat quietly. They scolded us over rules that had never been posted, including not using the microwave and putting plastic mats under our plates. They told us to leave in the middle of dinner because they wanted to close the first floor for the night. We'd never left a mess or broken anything, but they treated us with suspicion and disrespect. After check-out, we asked to store our luggage and were told to leave it on the stairwell, an unsecured public area. We already didn't trust them to keep anything safe. When I told the woman at reception we were unhappy, she asked me to tell her everything I didn't like. It soon felt like a trap. They weren't trying to listen or resolve things, just argue. My friend and I were interrupted and ridiculed repeatedly. They shouted at us, mocked us, and insisted we were wrong to feel uncomfortable. When a family member came to pick up one of us, who had decided to leave early, he tried to talk with them. The man shouted so loudly that people on the street could hear. We asked for the official complaints book, which I understand every business in the EU is required to have. They said yes, but it turned out there wasn't a physical book, only an electronic version. Another lie. The owners were the most arrogant, rude, and unprofessional people I've dealt with. If guests say your hostel made them feel unsafe and uncomfortable, you should improve their experience, not gaslight them.

Really, really nice place, with modern, clean, lovely rooms, an amazing deck, and a great bar and hangout area. It's accessible for people who use wheelchairs, too. The folks here are good people. This is the nicest hostel I've stayed in, so let's keep it that way, friends. Respect it!
