Equinaturi

The person looking after the place was very friendly and suggested things to see nearby. Our room had a kitchenette and coffee machine, which made it easy to have a nice breakfast. The decor could be more modern, but the rooms were clean and quiet.

We'd booked two nights at Estúdio Glamor, but only managed one, and even that was a struggle. At 135€ a night, I found this place a rip-off and wouldn't recommend it. The basement location smelled strongly of mould, got very cold toward evening, and had very poor mobile reception. The cleaning was awful as well. There were only four pillows and one old blanket that reeked of mould, so we had to ask for more pillows and duvets. The pool area didn't even have loungers for sitting in the sun. When I raised the cold, cleaning and signal problems, the owner answered arrogantly. He said the room was “fresh,” not cold, that the cleaning was efficient, and that our operator was to blame for the signal. Rui's arrogance was disappointing. I wouldn't stay again.

The grounds are lovely and peaceful, with tables and chairs outside, and the well-kept pool measures 8x4m. Parking is private and secure behind an automatic gate operated by remote. Inside, the apartment is spacious, bright and fully air-conditioned, with a large bed, a well-equipped bathroom, TV, fridge, coffee maker and stove. The owner gave us everything we needed to get in. I only missed an iron and some shower gel and shampoo. The price felt fair for the quality, and the place is easy to access, including for disabled guests. We’ll definitely be back.

The owner was always available when we needed help, and the cleaning lady was kind and attentive. I especially appreciated that the owner arranged for our space to be cleaned while we were staying, including the bathroom, and made sure we had fresh towels and toilet paper. Everything was clean, and the place felt quiet and welcoming. I really recommend it.
