Quinta da Magnólia

The pool area looked beautiful in the daytime and at night, with amazing views. Breakfast was very nice, with hot and cold choices and plenty of healthy options. There's also a restaurant a short, easy walk up the road, where the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We've been to all 9 islands of The Azores, and this is our favourite hotel. It feels like a sumptuous boutique spa hotel, though there's no spa, which is a shame. The comfort is second to none, and the service was exceptional. From our arrival, we were welcomed at reception with cold juice and homemade biscuits by the lovely staff. That warmth continued in the rooms and throughout the hotel. It's tranquil and luxurious, a place where you can fully relax. The rooms are plush and the views amazing. We miss it so much and will definitely be back one day. Thank you.

The night sky was packed with stars, and the views all around were beautiful. It's a quiet, relaxing hotel, and the pool bar makes great gin and tonics. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent. One of my new favorite places. I enjoyed every minute and can't wait to come back.

The bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked great despite the humidity outside. Breakfast was ample, with plenty to choose from. We had a small problem with our sink, but we'd stay here again. The hotel was better than advertised, with first-rate amenities and atmosphere.

The balcony in our room made us feel like royalty, and the views were stunning. The grounds are breathtaking, and both the Villa and Hotel rooms are beautifully decorated. The hosts are kind, caring people who clearly put their heart and soul into every detail. It's versatile enough for couples or families, and also seems perfect for group retreats. Quinta Magnolia was so hard to leave and impossible to forget. Nothing compares! I have so much more to say about this top notch Villa. ❤️
