The roar of the ocean lulled us to sleep, and we woke up to a beautiful view of Sao Jorge right at the water's edge. The place was well equipped, and there was a coffee and bakery shop two minutes away, plus a pizzeria that sold other snacks. We hadn't expected it to be in the small village of Prainha, 20 minutes outside Sao Roque, but it turned out really nice. The office staff were all so helpful and kind. They even emailed to let us know the ferry to Sao Jorge was cancelled and suggested another of their properties for the night.
